1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

First beat egg, add sour cream and buttermilk. Mix the rest of ingredients together. Let stand 10 minutes before baking, batter swells.

Makes 10, 4 inch pancakes. Yum! Yum!
