1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 can asparagus soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. minced onions
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. parsley

Dissolve lime Jello in 1/2 cup water, add the can of asparagus soup. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, minced onion and pepper. Beat until smooth and chill until partially set. Beat again until fluffy and add cucumber, celery and parsley. Set and garnish with more cucumber slices.
