ASPARAGUS SALAD | |
1 lb. asparagus 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sesame oil Cut asparagus into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Parboil for two minutes, then put in a bowl. Mix sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add to asparagus and toss lightly. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. |
