BAKED LASAGNE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tomato paste can of Chablis
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese

Saute onions in oil. Add beef and brown. Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato sauce, paste, wine and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Cook noodles according to package directions. Place one-third of the cooked sauce in a greased 9 x 12 x 3 inch pan. Add half the noodles; cover with half the Mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat, ending with 1/3 of the sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
