BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
2 cans undiluted tomato soup
1 med. onion, chopped
Sharp cheese
Mushrooms and olives
Seasonings to taste
Cooked spaghetti noodles

Saute onions, bell pepper and celery. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato soup, mushrooms and olives. Simmer until flavors are well blended.

In a casserole dish, place a layer of cooked spaghetti, a layer of sauce and a layer of cheese. Continue with layers until all sauce is used and finish with a layer of cheese. Spread undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the last layer and bake in 350 degree oven until well heated and bubbly.

Make this ahead, several casseroles at a time and freeze until ready to use.
