CALICO BEAN POT 
8 slices bacon, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can lima beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb. 15 oz.) can pork & beans
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place bacon in 4 quart casserole and cook 6-7 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and save. Place onion in bacon fat and cook on high 2-3 minutes until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bacon. Mix lightly. Cook on high 12-15 minutes or until heated through. Stir halfway through cooking time.

For a richer flavor, cook on medium (50%) for 25-30 minutes. Stirring halfway through cooking time. A really good casserole!
