TUNNEL OF FUDGE CAKE 
1 3/4 cups butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups chopped nuts

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat well by hand. Stir in cocoa, flour and nuts. Spoon batter into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake 60-70 minutes at 350°F. Cool upright 1 hour. Invert on plate.

Cool completely.

Glaze:

3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons milk

Frost top with glaze. Let some run down sides of cake. Store tightly covered.
