BARBEQUE MEAT LOAF 
1 c. soft bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 egg
1/2 c. water

Combine soaked bread crumbs with milk, ground beef, onion, salt, egg and half cup of barbeque sauce. Mix well. Shape into loaf in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Combine remaining barbeque sauce and the water. Pour about 1/4 cup mixture over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting often with remaining sauce. Serves 8.
