A - 1 MEATLOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. A - 1 steak sauce 2 tsp. salt 1 c. dry bread crumbs 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 sm. onion, minced 1/4 c. shredded carrot 8 oz. can tomato sauce mixed with 2 tbsp. A - 1 steak sauce Mix all ingredients together with one half tomato sauce - A - 1 mixture. Blend well. Pat meatloaf into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan or shape into balls in shallow baking pan. Spread remaining sauce mixture over top of meatloaf. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. |
