JUDY'S PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour (mix whole wheat and unbleached) 3 c. sugar (mix brown and white) 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (at least) 4 eggs 2/3 c. water 1 c. cooking oil 2 c. pumpkin 1 tsp. nutmeg (at least) Sift dry ingredients together; add wet ingredients. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes or so. |
