PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
Mix:

1 15-16 oz can pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Add:

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1//4 cup softened butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Bake in a greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350°F until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
