PUMPKIN-NUT BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients in order in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 (9x13 inch) ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
