KNOX-BLOX 
4 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
3 pkgs. (3 oz. each) Jello
1 c. cold water
3 c. boiling water

Stir the unflavored gelatin into the cold water in a large bowl until dissolved. Add boiling water and Jello and stir well. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan and put into refrigerator to set. (It will set much quicker than regular Jello.) Cut into small squares and stack on a plate. These are designed to be eaten with the fingers.
