SPICED APPLE BLOX 
4 env. Knox gelatin
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. boiling water
Artificial sweetener to equal 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into 8-inch square pan and chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares. 5 calories per square.
