CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. shredded raw carrots 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. cooking oil 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. raisins 1/2 c. nuts Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 5 loaf pan. Blend first 4 ingredients then add the remaining and beat another minute. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. |
