ALL DAY COOKED BARBECUED BEEF
SANDWICHES
 
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 (3 lb.) fresh beef brisket
Bottled barbecue sauce

Trim excess fat from brisket. Combine all other ingredients in crock pot. Add the beef brisket (cut to fit if needed). Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10-12 hours. On high cook for 5-6 hours. After cooking remove meat and slice thinly again the grain. Serve on buns with desired amount of barbecue sauce. Or serve natural juice on the side as a French dip.
