SALTINE CANDY 
1/4 lb. Stack bag saltine crackers (unsalted)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanuts or walnuts, chopped

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, spray vegetable cooking spray. Arrange saltines on foil. Boil sugar and butter 3 minutes; pour over crackers. Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Allow chocolate to melt and spread. Sprinkle with nuts.

I use low salt crackers instead of the unsalted.
