3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix salt and baking powder with 1 cup flour. Sift into sugar mixture. Mix well, then add remaining flour until a stiff batter is formed. (May take more or less than 3 cups flour.) Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from sheet immediately.
