NO PEEK CHICKEN 
2 c. long grain rice (DO NOT USE MINUTE RICE)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Chicken pieces, cut up

In large bowl, combine the rice, mushroom and celery soup with 2 cans of water. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan.

Place chicken pieces, skin side up, over the rice mixture. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. NO PEEKING WHILE THIS IS BAKING!
