OVEN POTATOES 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
Pepper
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup
About 2-3 lb. red skinned potatoes, washed & left with skins on, sliced in half

Bake at 350 degrees. Melt butter in roasting pan with olive oil. Put in potatoes and coat well with oil and butter mixture. Add onion soup, thyme and pepper; stir. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
