ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Mix all together and make 2 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool layers and split to make 4 layers. (I make 4 thin layers. Less mess.)

FILLING:

16 oz. sour cream
2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. frozen coconut
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Spread between cake layers. Save 1 cup for icing.

ICING:

13 1/2 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. filling

Mix together and use all on top and sides of cake. I like to serve it chilled from refrigerator.
