ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box orange supreme cake mix
1 box orange Jello (3 oz.)
2 eggs
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
1 carton (12 oz.) Cool Whip (for filling)
1 pkg. frozen coconut (9 oz.)
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate

Combine cake mix, Jello, egg, oil and water. Beat and mix well. Pour in two 9 inch greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool cake. Cut layers in half using piece of string, making 4 layers.

Mix all filling ingredients together. Stir well. Put filling between layers. Frost cake top and sides with Cool Whip.
