2 (9 oz.) boxes Ritz Bits crackers 2 c. dry roasted peanuts Combine and place in 9"x13" greased cake pan. 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar Combine in pan and bring to a boil, cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour syrup over crackers and place in 250 degree oven, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Store in air tight container. |
