HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2" layer peeled & sliced raw potatoes
Onion
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt
Pepper
1 lb extra lean hamburger
Milk

Place raw sliced potatoes in greased casserole dish. Cover with layer of thinly sliced onions. Add 1/2 can soup, then layer of hamburger. Add about 1/4 of can of regular milk with remaining soup and pour over hamburger mixture. Add salt and pepper; cover. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
