BEEF LAYERED CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground round 3 lg. potatoes, peeled & cut fine 2 med. onions, diced 1 can cream style corn 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Grease 8"x12" baking dish with butter. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper to ground beef; mix. Spread over bottom of baking dish. Over this spread the finely chopped onion, then the potatoes. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt over the potatoes. Pour cream style corn over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
