AVOCADO DIP 
3 ripe avocados
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. finely minced onion
Salt to taste

Peel avocados; remove seeds. Mash until it makes a smooth paste. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a plastic container and cover tightly. Chill. Use as a dip, spread, or salad dressing.
