CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, sliced in pieces
1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, sliced (red)

Make night before in large bowl. Put lettuce in bottom of bowl then layer cauliflower. Layer mayonnaise like frosting. Sprinkle pieces of bacon, Parmesan cheese and onion. Refrigerate overnight, toss before serving.
