Par-boil cauliflower; break into small pieces; about 8 minutes.

1 egg
Flour and water
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder

Add cooked cauliflower and mix. Drop into pan of 2 inches Crisco oil and brown on both sides (drop by tablespoon).
