1 lb. zucchini, finely grated
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon on hot greased skillet and fry until light golden brown. Make pancakes small and thin.
