1 1/4 c. grated zucchini, peel
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
2 dash garlic powder
2 dash black pepper
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Ole bay seasoning
Seasoned bread crumbs

Mix all together, make patties and dust with bread crumbs. Fry slowly. You can judge the bread crumbs in the mixture.
