2 c. grated zucchini
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs

Squeeze zucchini as dry as possible, mix with other ingredients. Dust with flour as you make into patties. Fry in oil until lightly brown on both sides.
