BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS | |
1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter, cut in sm. pieces 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 1/4 c. green onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil milk and butter over medium heat. Add flour all at once, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on greased foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Wrap and freeze. To serve, bake 5 to 8 minutes or until heated. Makes 3 dozen. |
