1/2 bottle liquid smoke 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt Sprinkle on both sides, wrap in foil; refrigerate overnight. Add 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake 5 hours at 275 degrees. Cool overnight. Slice BBQ slowly in crock pot about 4 hours. |
