APPLESAUCE HONEY 
4 lbs. baking or cooking apples
1 c. honey
1/4 c. water

Wash apples. Cut into quarters, do not peel. Place in shallow pot. Add water, cover and cook 20 minutes until apples are soft - stir frequently. Strain apples. Add honey, blend or stir. Makes 5 to 6 cups.
