1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 recipe Uncle Bens' rice, cooked
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese Whiz
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine cheese whiz and soup in 13 x 9 inch casserole. Stir over low heat until melted. Add remaining ingredients and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
