MOM'S CRANBERRY GELATIN 
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 orange rind, ground up
1 lg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple with syrup

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add sugar and stir until all dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 5 hours. Does not unmold easily and suggest using serving dish. This keeps well for weeks in refrigerator. Use at least a 6 cup serving dish.
