BEEF CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic (crushed well)
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In skillet lightly brown beef and onions. Drain off fat. Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato soup, salt and garlic. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Blend in sour cream and softened cream cheese. Stir in 5 ounces of cooked and drained medium noodles.

Place in a 2 quart casserole. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
