BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. stew beef (cut into bite size pieces)
1 can celery soup
1 can onion soup
1 can mushroom soup

Place beef in flat baking dish 8 x 10 (or 11) x 2 inches. Pour over beef the three soups. Bake at 225 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
