BEEF STROGANOFF 
Round steak, cubed
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 can water
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 sm. onion
Butter
1/4 c. sour cream

Saute onion in butter. Add steak and mushrooms. Combine mushroom and onion soups in bowl. Add water. Pour over steak. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Ten minutes before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.
