BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. steak cube, thin strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Dash of pepper
Parsley flakes
1/2 c. sour cream

In large skillet, melt butter and brown meat and onion. Add mushroom soup and water and peppers. Simmer 10 minutes (add water, if necessary). Stir in sour cream and blend. Pour mixture over buttered noodles and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
