SPINACH - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach 1 lg. can artichokes 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8. Freezes well. |
