2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. 7-Up soda
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 lg. bananas
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. white sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream or 2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7-Up; chill until consistency of syrup. Add pineapple, marshmallows and sliced bananas. Chill until firm.

Combine sugar, flour, juice and beaten egg in saucepan. Cook until stiff over low heat. Remove from heat, add butter and cool. Stir in cream cheese and chill. Whip cream or prepare Dream Whip and fold into cheese mixture. Spread on Jello base. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
