BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 c. 10X sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. rum extract
3-4 bananas
2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans crushed pineapples

Blend crumbs and melted butter. Press into long baking pan. Mix sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and rum for 5 minutes in mixer. Then cover crumbs. Chill for 20 minutes. Slice bananas lengthwise and place on sauce. Spread drained pineapples on top. Spread a large Cool Whip over top and garnish with chopped nuts if you desire.
