BAKED BLUE FISH | |
2-3 lb. fish Wash and prepare. Sprinkle salt, pepper, Accent and paprika on. Squeeze on fresh lemon juice. Stuff fish with package regular or corn bread stuffing. Lay onion rings on fish; top with pats of butter and small amount of water. Place in small roasting pan. Cover and cook 3-4 to 1 hour or until 1/2 done, uncover and brown. |
