DRIED BEEF DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. dried beef, cut finely
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. each pepper and garlic salt
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion flakes

TOPPING:

1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream cheese with milk; stir in beef. Blend in remaining ingredients. Turn into small casserole.

Saute pecans in butter; sprinkle with salt. Spoon pecan mixture over cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold, with assorted crackers.
