Ha thank you for putting this one on here. I use to make these years ago and even had to show my aunt that you COULD make peanut butter cookies without flour (something she swore was not true), but since then i forgot how easy it was and could not remember how, but now....... oh yeah its baking time!!! I love these!!!! THANK YOU

For a thin and flat yet chewy cookie add an egg yolk and 1/4-1/2 C Sugar. The texture should be sticky but not stick to your fingers. The best peanut butter cookies I have ever had and simply addicting.

The cookies were very easy to fix, but I took them off the pan before they cooled (I could not wait) and they crumbled to pieces. Once I let the rest cool they came off easily and tasted wonderful. Not as sweet as everyone else commented, I used Smart Balance peanut butter.

I just came across this recipe accidentally. I wasn't planning to make cookies. The recipe seemed odd, lacking ingredients, so i read every comment and proceeded to the kitchen. They are very tasty, and they are gone. My 5 kids devoured them. Now I must make another batch so my hubby can have some for munchies. BTW, the raw batter is YUMMY!

These are great! I substitute 1/2 cup Splenda blend for the 1 cup sugar -- and they still turn out well. A diabetic-friendly treat for my husband.

I'm wide awake, chronic insomniac that I am. Lately, I've been having severe cravings for these peanut butter cookies that my mother used to make me when I was little. (She passed away in January). I searched online for simple peanut butter cookie recipes, but recipe after recipe, they all were too complicated. I never remembered my mother adding oats, cinnamon, extracts, or anything much really. Because we never really had much, growing up, but she could make magic from the simplest things! I was so pleased that this recipe was so easy. Three ingredients! Wow!!! I made them, and they looked, smelled, and tasted exactly like the ones my Mother made. I am pleased beyond words; and will definitely make these again! I can't wait to try them with my niece. I know she'll love them!
