SALMON CASSEROLE 
Chop 2 onions and saute in 1/4 cup butter. Save juice and pour 1 cup canned salmon over onion. Grate 2 cups cheddar cheese. Place 1 cup over salmon, reserving 1 cup for topping.

BATTER:

1 c. Bisquick
Salmon juice & milk to make 1 1/2 c.
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten (or Egg Beaters)
