TUNA OR SALMON CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) can tuna or 16 oz. salmon 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed 4 oz. noodles, cooked 1/4 c. celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs 1. Cook celery and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes. 2. Cook noodles in salted boiling water. 3. Flake tuna or salmon. 4. Mix tuna or salmon, drained cooked noodles, cubed cheese, soup, celery and onion together. 5. Pour into a greased casserole. |
