My Mom told me about this recipe along time ago, and sometimes they will turn out and sometimes they won't. I did this one, and they turned out pretty good! It's better to mix the sugar and egg first like this recipe says, but BE SURE to mix it quick and mix the peanut butter in quick so that the sugar-egg mixture doesn't get too runny. Also, I did like one person said and added a tablespoon of self-rising flour. Great recipe!!!

Easy, excellent...very sweet, yes...but it's a cookie! I will try variations too, but the beauty is...the ease and quick prep, etc. Thanks!

To help them hold together a bit better add about 1 tbsp. Flour. Other than that a great cookie.

I googled this recipe online and found yours. It was very good. It could use a little less sugar though.

I've made these several times and love them! yes they are a bit grainy but that's to be expected. I think I might try them with a bit less sugar, quick oats and a tad of vanilla ... definitely recommend!

We love these and make em' at home. We call 'em "Camping cookies". I use 1 1/2 cups peanut or almond butter, 1/2 agave nectar $ 3 eggs. You can bake them in the oven or mix it up while camping and throw throw 'em on your skillet... they are WONDERFUL!!! Not too sweet, just perfect with coffee or tea... YUM!!!
