KIELBASA AND CABBAGE 
1 ring of kielbasa
1 head cabbage
1 apple, cored & sliced

Brown sliced kielbasa in frying pan. Remove from frying pan (drain grease, if necessary). Chop cabbage and place in fry pan with a little water. Cook until cabbage just turns soft, then add kielbasa back into fry pan and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Season to taste with pepper. Add apple about 10 minutes before serving time.
